When hiring us for an event to make it easier for you there are 4 different types of ‘Bar Packages’ which we offer. We offer these because we want to make it easy for you and less stressful. We also offer specific drink requirements which can be discussed prior to booking. Our bar has 4 taps, containing 2 lager, 1 stout and 1 cider. We also stock a huge range of bottles within our beer fridge and also stock over 30 different spirits. We offer a cash bar service, this is where we attend the event with a fully stocked bar and provide all glassware (plastic cups). Minimum of two staff members will be there to serve your guests and depending on the number of people more staff will be required. Guests purchase their own drinks and cash and card are both accepted. A refundable hire fee is required to secure your booking. (Please note: The deposit is kept if the event is cancelled).
We offer a pre-paid bar service, as hosts of the event you are able to prepay a set amount behind the bar for the event. If this amount gets exceeded, you can either top it up or the bar is changed to a cash bar for the rest of the event. Minimum of 2 staff members will be serving your guests and they will also record all the drinks which have been purchased from the hosts contribution. Glassware is provided by us (plastic cups). A refundable hire fee is required to secure your booking. (Please note: The deposit is kept if the event is cancelled).
For our Open Bar service, when contacting us we will ask how many guests will be attending the event. Depending on this number an initial payment will be taken, this will then act as a tab for the rest of the evening. If the initial payment is exceeded the excess bill will be paid at the end of the event by the host. Minimum of 2 staff members will be serving your guests and they will also record all the drinks which have been purchased after the initial payment has been exceeded. Glassware is provided by us (plastic cups). A refundable hire fee is required to secure your booking. (Please note: The deposit is kept if the event is cancelled).
